    Did you get those ribs at Restaurant Depot? I'm not sure where else you would find pork ribs like that, aside from a custom butcher.

    I pulled them at the two hour mark. I like them a little less done than most folks.

    Believe this or not, they came from Walmart in Wiggins, MS. That is no joke my friemd. It shocked me as well.
