Today I am happy to be able to celebrate 14 years with my best friend...
After both of us had a long day; I whipped a quick little Italian meal from the chicken I grilled the other day...
Even though it was quick and not anywhere near the real thing, my wife loved it... Used up the last of Sunday Gravy. Chicken parm thing and a quick salad with an evoo and fresh lemon juice dressing.

Yes.. for about the last two hours. I am lazy however and use really good frozen meatballs. My wife says the older the sauce gets, the better it tastes so make it and then let it sit in the fridge for a day or two before heating and serving itGriffin said:Hey Hap, do y9ou add the meatballs to your gravy?

Congratulations. It sounded like a lovely evening. Your anniversary got me to thinking......My oldest celebrated their 15th and my youngest is celebrating their 13th this weekend. We got the kids Saturday for a sleep over at Granny's. I'm just not old enough to have kids way over 40! Enjoy, ;;)Every day is a bonus day and every meal is a banquet in Winter Springs, Fl !
