NY Strips.
Mushrooms and sliced sweet onion in sweet cream butter. And a couple sweet potatoes.
CI pan seared steaks in the butter from the mushrooms & onions. Lastly basted in straight butter.
Supper Plated.
Dessert. Plantains dusted with sugar in the raw, cinnamon and pumpkin spice. CI pan with butter.
Dessert Plated.

Great cook. Love the plantains! Usually eat as Marquitas, but like them cooked this way as well. Never tried on the egg. ^:)^
