We managed a 1st chicken, 5th rib and 1st brisket this past weekend at the 30th Wild West Festival in Springtown, TX. That was good enough for Grand Champion and an early invite to the 2015 American Royal. The coolest part is we did it with our own rubs (Holy Cow, Honey Hog and Honey Hot).
