***These are not my pictures.*** I stumbled upon these photos this morning. Thought everyone would appreciate an early morning food chubby. This is Victor Churchhill. It's a butcher ship located in Woollahra, Australia.

They must do a huge volume to keep stock like that.
And the prices weren't really that bad, when you consider it's per kg (2.2lbs). Roughly the same as a high end butcher shop in the US (assuming the Aus$ is fairly equivalent).
