Good god, I would be broke if I lived close to that. I am having a hard time finding a butcher in my parts. I was hoping you said Northern Va, not Australia

@DMW It ain't drool on my keyboard! Thank god for Apple and the sealed keys or I would have to run it through the dishwasher! Damn good thing there aren't any butcher shops like that around me!!

They must do a huge volume to keep stock like that.

And the prices weren't really that bad, when you consider it's per kg (2.2lbs).  Roughly the same as a high end butcher shop in the US (assuming the Aus$ is fairly equivalent).
