Come on was all the nightmare stuff I was reading a ploy to keep all the goodness to your selfs? May it's a enitiation. I was truly cautious on this attempt and maybe after reading every thing I learned from your lessons. If so, thank you for the pie's turned out pretty dam good for the first go around and three to boot. Want to have pizza party I'm so proud:-)

I think parchment paper is the only way to go. Some people like dusting the stone with cornmeal. Parchment paper is so much easier.1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC

Parchment paper doesn't absorb the moisture in the dough though

Tonight I pulled parchment after 7 minutes cool total of 11 at close to 500. Came out perfect2 LBGE
