Johnsonville Grilling is celebrating what they have deemed "Bratsgiving" this weekend. Here's how I celebrated!
I took Johnsonville original brats and wrapped them in bacon. I cooked them indirect at 350 for approx 45 minutes. Then I removed the plate setter and grilled them directly just long enough to crisp up the bacon. Topped them with hot sauce.
These were AMAZING!!!

HEB here in Texas has Beer Brats that we really like. Going to do with the bacon next time. ThanksSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Looks great. The plating job with the hot sauce really classes it up. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have bothered, but that presents nicely.They/Them
