My wife made these last night. They were delicious!

Only things she did different was use thinly sliced sirloin, used beef bouillon and excluded the apple juice.

Those look awesome! Did you grill the veggies before wrapping in the flank steak?

My wife cooked the veggies inside, then pinned the veggies inside the thinly sliced sirloin. Then grilled them direct on the CI grate at around 450 deg f for just a minute or two on both sides. Here are a few more pix that show the setup:

I have to try this one. I would think you wouldn't have to precook the veggies, they should get done quick at high heat. That's what I have found with the egg.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
