Well I finally got my new small upgraded and finished up last night. I cooked some burgers on it tonight and I think I'm going to like it. I really do want to get the small rig from the Ceramic grill works. See here. I think it would def be a good accessory. I have the AR for my large and really like it.
O and I have forgotten how much I dislike the DFMT. I have been spoiled with the Smokeware cap.

I have the old style woo on the small. IMHO it is an accessory you must have. I always cook with the woo unless I drop the meat onto the coals to sear. I do a lot of indirect cooks using the woo and the small pizza stones.
