The inlaws are in town for the month and had some of there friends also came in town and were wanting some tasty ribs for dinner. Who do they call..you guessed it. I decided I wanted to wrap some ribs in Bacon and see what happens. Did baby backs dusted with @mickey rub and wrapped in bacon, then seran wrap and foil. I cooked in direct for an hour at 250 then removed from foil and did them for another 2.5 hours.
Served with jalapeño cream corn and a side Caesar salad. Everybody was very happy and went back for seconds. Topped the night off with my Strawberry Rhubarb cobbler.

If wrapping ribs in bacon is wrong I don't wanna be right.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Then mixed with the corn and baked in oven. Will do on egg next time.
