reading it on the ipad as we speak. I'm hooked. I've read some of his stuff before and really enjoyed it. I read Soul of a Chef when I had the restaurant. Great book but he forgot to point out that many chefs have no sould at all and will steal all your beer and food )Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
