New Egger in SC

Hey everyone! New Egger here! Been lurking a lot and reading up as much as i could before i got my LBGE on Saturday. Played with temps for a bit and then threw some wings on it. Best wings i've ever grilled! Yesterday, fired it up and cooked Ribeyes on it...they were great as well...a little over done but no biggie...still learning the temps! Last night i also spatchcocked a chicken and seasoned it and it's been sitting over night. Tonight, i'll throw it on the grill and see what happens. This is some fun stuff!!

Welcome. Go light on the smoke for chicken, it can be quite strong. Raised direct works very well.

@Charlesmaneri, yeah..i was so excited about cooking that i forgot to take pics! Will definitely get pics of the spatch tonight!
