I cooked my first beef tri-tip tonight! It was a 3lb piece of beef that I reverse seared with a chipotle rub. WOW!!! This will definitely be moving into the rotation!

if you liked that, slice it against the grain next time and you'll love it.Start at the corner where the top of your knife is and slice it 45 degrees across that. Once you see the cross grain, follow that all the way through.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
