A lil trip to the island with Mojo Chicken,Cilantro Rice and Beans with Onion & Garlic

Broke a whole chicken down into quarters,marinated with orange,lime and lemon juice,cilantro with some red pepper flakes and garlic Then onto the egg at 425* indirect. I went indirect because of the EVOO in the marinade. I was afraid of flare ups. Made some white rice with cilantro and the juice from 1 lime in the rice maker and red beans with sautéed onions,garlic and paprika on the big clock but no in progress pics. And the plated pic The chicken and rice were most excellent and the beans were.... Meh - I didn't dislike but they didn't make me go WOW.
