Ez reverse sear with pswoo (pics)

So I was playin around with my grates and woo and it clicked. Instead of disassembling the plate setter and usin the grate I just added a grate below the woo. It worked well. I was able to just lift the woo out with plate setter (with steaks) and beneath was a pre heated cast iron grate. All I had to do was jack up the temp. Ez! Also, I think with thiis setup I can just put a stone on top and get the pizza nice and high in the dome.

I do the very same thing. As far as the pizza you better ask the pros. I normally ruin pizza!
