We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Picked up a 9.8 lb cryovac pack of beef chuck ribs this morning for $3.97lb.  Both slabs are on the egg and it's chugging along.  One is seasoned with S&P and one with Mickey's Coffee Rub.   These are actually a lil more meaty than my last ones.  My wife is excited since she fell in love with beef ribs during our BBQ tour!   :D
