Best weather in a while - time for a Baltimore Pit Beef

44 degrees and no rain or snow.  Cleaned out and reloaded the Egg, as well as the Lodge Hibachi, and now all ready for some Pit Beef tonight.  Pics to follow.

    Boy that sounds good @Tjcoley , If the wife gets done with her errands early enough I might just have to do the same. 
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    I keep it simple - salt, pepper and a bit of garlic.  Some Tiger sauce and a fresh kaiser roll.
