Sounds good Hap. Did a London Broil last night - first time on the Egg and turned out pretty good. Marinated in oil, garlic, soy and honey.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

The jambalaya and bread looks good and we already know the london broil will be good. Nicely done as always Hap.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Wegmans pre made pizza dough. Form a loaf and coat with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, oregano, and some shredded parm. On the pizza stone in the egg at about 350 for 45mins or so...MSV Chill Spot

@hapster another great cook from you ending with a stick and bourbon. Although tongue in cheek don't quit the day job for a restaurant. Your addiction with the egg will become a job and that's just a 3 letter word. Addiction to the green machine is way more fun, plus more letters!
