Bacon just went in the smoke

My first batch of bacon. A 12 lb belly split in half. Was curing for 7 days, drying in fridge for 24 he's, now cold smoke for 10 or so. Got the AMNPS started and blew the flame out after 10 min. I cut a piece off and fried it before I dries it to make sure it wasn't too salty and it seemed fine.
