is a nice holiday appetizer. Put together tonight for Sunday Night small group
The Raws (plus some tarragon leaves that got left out of photo). Made a cut leaving a rim around brie and scraped out about 1/8 inch well across top to hold ingredients:

Added the raspberry chipotle sauce and toasted almonds and pine nuts:
Added blueberries and tarragon and some more toasted nuts:
On to egg, direct on top of Adj Rig at 400 degrees dome:
And finished in 15 to 20 minutes (sorry no cut pics, my bad)
