Has anyone smoked any bear meat? If so how did you do it?

I have a black bear arm that I want to smoke. I am going to do it like beef unless someone has tried something else. Any ideas?

Note: One of the few sources of trichina infection in NoAm is bear. Some trichina can be killed by freezing, but not all. So cook at least to 140F all thru for a couple of minutes. If you want to cook to hot smoking temps, hold the bear meat in the mid 120's for 5 - 6 hours.
