We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Spatchcock and Wings and Corn and Sprouts

Fancy chicken rub on all the chicken.  Soy vay on the Brussels sprouts.  Wings sauced with a mixture of datil pepper hot sauce and Soyaki.  Corn with butter and brai salt. This pic is mid-cook.  Raised direct at 375 dome.  I ended up overcooking the wings and sprouts.  The spatchcock and corn were perfect.
