So the pork but was some kind of good. I've Cooked a few now but this one was buy far the best. 235* for a total of 17 hrs 37 minutes. Everyone said it was the best pulled pork they'd had to date. I'll take that.

Good for you, but the old story is no pics, didn't happen. That's a long cook,Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

I didn't leave a pic because I anxiously dove in before pic. But here's a partial pic for what it's worth. This thing was great and it was my easiest pork butt yet. I just left it alone and really did nothing for 18 hrs. Also was surprised to still have some good lump left after such a long cook.
