We are just coming out of a stage where you would get bidding wars. People were getting 10 to 20% over asking.

Actually looking at renting, about an hour from where we live now but pretty much same area if that make sense. Currently I am 30 min north of my job, this place is 30 min south of my job. A little farm house that is next to some of our family._______________________________________________XLBGE

The city that I live in is bankruptcy right now. I retired after working 30 years for the city. Lost my health care coverage & now might loose my penision. Not a good time to be in Stockton Ca.Fred19Flintstone said:
