First brisket

Doing my first brisket on the XL temp is holding extremely well 250 dome grid 234 on the maverick. Basted in mustard, apple wood rub,sea salt on top of apple juice, worchershire and maple sugar.
XL & waiting for my Mini Max Bloomington MN.
