It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. It's my wife's 34th birthday today and I asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday dinner.  She said "I really want a good burger"!

So here is my attempt at a good burger for my wife.  ;)

Bacon, sharp cheddar, avocado, tomato, leaf lettuce, pickles, and mayo on a kaiser roll.

She loved it! Didn't use any wood but it still had a great smoke flavor from Wicked Good. I'm assuming that's because I seared em right on top of the lump.

Gorgeous burger!  Truth be told I could have cheeseburgers and pizza every day.   Of course I'd be even bigger than I am, die a lonely death and nobody would attend my funeral but at least I'd be well fed :)
