First attempt at stuffed pork

Tried my hand at pork loin. It was definitely fun. Didn't taste too bad. Stuffed with spinach, cream cheese and feta cheese.

Nice job-the key for me is the slicing of the loin to load it up. Getting the loin "unrolled" makes the rest quite easy.  Here's a link to a recipe that I pretty much follow, changing the ingredients around- http://www.bubbatim.com/Pork_Cooks.php , enjoy.

    Looks good enough to eat!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
