First attempt at stuffed pork

Tried my hand at pork loin. It was definitely fun. Didn't taste too bad. Stuffed with spinach, cream cheese and feta cheese.

Nice job-the key for me is the slicing of the loin to load it up. Getting the loin "unrolled" makes the rest quite easy.
