I am cooking a whole beef tenderloin tonight. Haven't been on the forum in awhile, but I thought I'd ask for suggestions. My best to everyone.[p]Grillin Bill

I like to keep mine simple. EVOO then nice coating of Cowlick or Montreal Steak seasoning. Sear direct at 700+ then indirect at 300 until you get your desired doneness.[p]Mike
