Our BBQ beans are a favorite for lunch on class days.
Rather easy...
-Sautee meat (today pork & brisket cubed)
-Add yellow onion chopped
-Add red and green peppers chopped
Once this all cooks together direct at 350, go indirect at 300.
-Add Bush original (rinsed with water)
-Add small can of black and white beans (also rinsed with water).
-Add Blues Hog original sauce along with some water.
Simmer for a couple of hours, I leave the top off the dutch oven for the first 30 minutes to get some smoke. Then cook with top on.
Simmer for a couple of hours.
