We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First Shot at ABT's Hmmmm they were ok!

Took my first shot at ABT's and they were ok.  Not fabulous just ok.  Think I may have took too much of the spicy inside out as there was little to no spicy taste in them.  The ones I made with Chocolate chip cookie dough as the stuffing were great! The others I used cream cheese mixed with sharp cheddar, pepper, salt, garlic, and red pepper then wrapped in bacon.

These were the ingredients I used

Stuffed them by putting mixture in zip loc bag and cutting bottom corner off

Ready to go on the grill  Did some boats and some in the stand and a couple with chocolate chip cookie batter
