We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. A little cooking help for the weekend

I have now spoiled my wife with the BGE ,last weekend I made some spare ribs and (I Killed them ) so now she wants something different this weekend the only thing is I don't have a DigiQ yet so I can only cook during the daytime I'm not ready for the over night cook yet
