Need simple Chocolate Chip Cookie Instructions for LBGE

I want to do chocolate chip cookies in a cast iron skillet I think kind of like a thick pie and I can't seem to find the temps and setup for it anywhere. I looked in the cookbook section and didn't see what I wanted. I LOVE CC cookies and want to know if this can be done with the standard tube pillsbury pre-made dough you can buy at most any grocery store???? I definitely want them to be chewy not crunchy!

Something I read about here a while back has made me curious ever since. Chocolate chip cookie ABTs. The cookie dough is put into the jalapeno and its wrapped in bacon. Stupid diet!

I did them once, I didn't care for the lump flavour. Let us know how they turn out. Maybe I did something wrong.

Ahh, a cookie cake. I though OP meant individual cookies. Was thinking could only do a few in skillet!! That looks so good!! Doing it tonight!
