....since I came down with the flu. This is the first BGE cook since last Friday.
Turkey burger and veggies. I was worried the burger would stick, because it was very wet and loose, but it cooked just fine like a hamburger.
Done direct, raised at 400 for 7 minutes a side. Very juicy while still well done.
I had some bbq sauce on mine.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

Welcome back!! Glad you are feeling better.I gotta run, I didn't get a flu shot and I don't use anti-virus software on my Mac. Probably shouldn't hang around this thread very long.

Looks good from here. I top my turkey burgers with extra sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced granny smith apples and cranberry sauce with some brown grainy mustard mixed in.
