We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. old coal=tasty chicken

yesterday i wanted to burn up some old coal i had sitting in the egg.  so i figured a beer can chicken would get this done.  after 4 hour at 280, the chicken was finally done.  i was worried that was too long and be dried out.  not the case.  very moist and flavorful.  my wife said it was the best one so far.
