I tried to edit/delete my last post....could not figure that out. I don't have concrete solutions or answers. I'm not as pompous as it sounded when I reread the post.
What I was getting at is trying to consolidate all the best ideas/post to make one thread or book - for it to become a go to resource as needed for BGE pizza makers. Does that exist? Anybody wanna help me with that if not?
If its not memorable, its not worth doing.

Many of the pizza threads are under the "Baking" topic tag. Funny, but until you mentioned it, never really noticed that Pizza does not have its own discussion forum, Maybe it should.Perhaps the Forum Administrator might consider it.
