My wife went out with her Dad and Stepmom for dinner tonight. I stayed behind and went hunting. And when I got home, I whipped these up. Nothing on the side...just meat. 
They were dusted with some Baking Powder and Dizzy Pig Viva Caliente. Once they got crispy and up to temp, I took them off and tossed them around in some Crystal's Wing Sauce, Ranch Dressing and Texas Pete Hotter than Hot Sauce.
Ate in the kitchen like a true Bachelor.
Dang, those were good.

Did you shot two chickens?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
