Can anyone tell me how to calibrate the thermo on the egg. Thank you!

It is on the BGE site, but pretty simple, boil water and hold the probe in the water. While holding the dial, turn the nut on the back of the dial until it reads about 212. Calibrated.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
