Tonight I'm grilling some ribeye steaks for dinner. Then I'm going to put a pork butt on the grill and take if off tomorrow AM around 10. I'll let it sit for an hour and then take it into work to show off my skillz.Saturday will do some chicken legs and maybe wings.Sunday is rib day.
