    Tonight I'm grilling some ribeye steaks for dinner.  Then I'm going to put a pork butt on the grill and take if off tomorrow AM around 10.  I'll let it sit for an hour and then take it into work to show off my skillz.

    Saturday will do some chicken legs and maybe wings.

    Sunday is rib day.

    I didn't even think about that.  Thanks   More realistically, we'll probably be sitting on a ton of leftover turkey unless I can give some away to the peeps in my hood.

  • I dunno.  Wilma has made it clear I need to work on using up some frozen stuff.  I gotta see what I got left down there.  Ribs for sure one of those days.

    Lookin good. Hit the local Sprouts on the way home, they were almost out of wings. Gonna hit the licka store and Sprouts again for the rest of the wings tomorrow. Its on after that.

    Gun show Saturday so no egging.
    Sunday 4 x cranberry brined Cornish game hens. Thanksgiving trial run as I have to do 12 on Thanksgiving. Also a ton of drums for the weeks kids lunches. And raising a glass or six to all the Veterans out there!

    Looking like CI seared filets for Friday, using Texas Roadhouse Rib Rub, honey brined turkey breast with a mashed sweet potato casserole with bourbon, side dish (Thanksgiving trial pre cook) for the weekend.
