Got a small grass-fed leg at 1.5# bone-in, but it was the perfect size for just me and the wife. We decided to take the simple route from the BGE cookbook and studded it with rosemary and slivers of garlic:

Here we go:Coming in for a close-up:Fresh off the egg after about 2.5 hrs at 300* (140* internal):Carved up and served with pan dripping roast potatoes:SWMBO said it was restaurant-worthy!

I click the Attach File at the bottom of the text box and then Choose File and locate the file on my computer. I do not Insert Image once the file is uploaded.Anderson, SC

Depending on circumstance it'll be PC, iPhone, or iPad. I failed above on an iPad trying to copy and paste directly to the body.
Do many people still use image hosting services or do most upload direct as outlined by r270 above?
