My first try on the BGE with one my my old receipts. Stuffed BBQ chicken breasts. They turned out very well.
Pounded chicken breasts seasoned with BBQ rub on one side then stuffed with a 1/2 banana pepper & slice of swiss cheese. Then coat with BBQ sauce on all 4 sides as they cook for 4 minutes at 450 on all 4 sides. I don't put BBQ sauce on a side till after it's be cooked. This will prevent burning. I check temp to confirm they are done.
