I did forum member "Austin Smoker's" Copper River Salmon recipe. Very nice. It turned out great. We loved it. Have a few more sockeye in the freezer, so we will be using this recipe again.

    Do you have a problem with lump? At 11 oclock on the top gasket is not good

  • your gasket is fine. A small separation like that will not cause any issues at all. You should see mine!

    Yea I haven't seen any smoke weeping out of the lid. It is ALL GOOD.

    even if you do see smoke coming out from between the top and bottom, It's STILL ALL GOOD.  :D
