I have been playing around/testing and thought you might enjoy seeing how much lump was left after 48 hours at 220 degrees. I know. I'm an idiot. I should have taken a photo at the start, but the lump was even with the top of the fire ring at the edges and mounded up about 4 inches above the fire ring in the center.

What did you cook for 48 hrs. at 220F dome?
-
Cen-Tex, there is ash down in the charcoal and below the charcoal. If I get feeling ambitious I'll see if I can determine how much.
Steve, who said you had to cook something to burn charcoal, lol? This was a test. All will be revealed on my website in the next week or two.

Did you stop the test at48 hours? Or did it snuff?
And much spanking required for not cooking something, whiz.

Stike, I stopped the test. Or rather the test stopped itself, but not to snuffing. Other details must remain secret for now.
For those that don't fet the Whizzeroo reference: The Whizzeroo-Q-Guru
I invented the Whizzeroo-Q-Guru before I got to know Shotgun Fred Pirkle, inventor of the BBQ Guru line, and was afraid I had made him mad. LOL! He loved it. But unfortunately didn't offer to buy the rights.

Still amazing. I'll have to give that a rip. looks like there would have to be 48 hrs left. Or more.

Someday, I'll have to see what happens if I let it go until it just won't go no more, lol!
