I am fairly new to the BGE and think I am catching the fever.  However, I cook for my son's t-ball team and would like tips on how to cook multiple items simultaneously.  Also, has anyone tried the BGE burger/slider basket that cooks 12 at one time?  That looks awesome but don't want to buy one if it does not live up to its claim.  Also, which is better for cooking for a lot of people....the two-tier extender vs the half-moon extender w/ drip-pan and stone?

Thanks,

Chuck in Hsv

    Check out www.ceramicgrillstore.com

They have two very popular devices, an adjustable rig and a PSWoo that give you additional levels of cooking.

They are very good to talk to and help you figure out what you need.

I think you are probably right, but I bought the new Woo3 and also got a grid extender.  I think it is going to solve most of my needs.

Thanks guys.  Any of you use the mini-burger basket that cooks 12 at a time?  Seems cool to me but would like to hear if anyone has actually used it.

If I knew I was cooking for 10 people, I'd just throw a pork shoulder on the egg, buy a couple of buns and make some cole slaw. Boom, job done. No special gear needed.

I have used the "slider" cooker and really liked it . You can cook 12 mini burgers at the same temp and flip them. It is around $32 I thin? Great for parties or tailgating. I made my patties on my own then put them in. I dropped the attachment in the egg and pulled the handle out. The handle reinserts easily to pull out and. Adding cheese is also a cinch with the device. I recommend it if it is something you might even use just occasionally.
