End of a smoked salmon

Smoked salmon at the beginning and the end.

We're still adjusting to quantities.  Did not over do this one too much, and salmon salad is a fine end for left overs.

XLBGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to my daughter), MBGE and lots of toys

    I shoot for 180, at the grid,and internal of 130.

    Chopped onions, sweet relish, Miracle Whip, sea salt, ground pepper, garlic.
