Since there are several products on their site...which one do you recommend for brisket? From what I see...there is the Original, No.2 and Grand Champion.

The #2 is their "Brisket Rub". It's a little "spicier" then the Original, which is a bit "sweeter". The Grand Champion and the Texas Wild are also good.Packerland, Wisconsin

I have a brisket on the egg right now covered in "Grand Champion". I'll let you guys know how it tastes.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Hey...I'm open to trying different recipes. (I also read up on the legendary Elder Ward Recipe) I want to try the texasbbq rub and compare to Elder Ward...then might go on from there. I'm actually itching to try a brisket.
