Just put 2 11 lb Boston butts on the egg, cracked a beer, settling in for a night of NHL hockey. Brother in from out of state, setting up to be a great night! Will post pictures tomorrow.

How do you have the twins oriented? I am doing two on Friday coming up. Looking for help.

Side to side, does not matter if they touch, they will pull away as they cook. 22lbs fills the grate, I expect them to go about 20-24 hours.

Have not had any issues, last cook was two 9 lb bb that turned out perfect after 21 hrs.
