I just got a new Egg for Christmas and I think my FIL said it was a
large if that matters at all. Anyway I need to make a side dish of
carrots to bring with us later and I thought this might be something
easy as a first cook. Right now I have the egg fired up and I'm just
toying with it to try and figure out how to maintain a steady
temperature but I'm having trouble getting it to stay at 350. It just
keeps climbing. How do you maintain a steady temperature?
In an idiots head.
