Well,


After looking at all the great tables below that others have done...my chest doesn't stick out as far as it did a minute ago! :)  But, still I'm proud of my table. I did it for under 150 and in 2 days.

  • Nice table!! But you may want a little more of a heat shield between the Egg and the table.. Bottom of the Egg gets pretty hot.

  • You have a lot to be proud of. It looks great! The green hangers are cool.
  • Good job on the table.  What is the device that sticks up on the back side of the table?  Looks like it about the size of a dollar bill. 
  • That device is for the DigiQ/Pit viper.... it's basically the best thing ever created for cooking:) The monitor system hooks in there.  There are 4 wires that plug into it:


    1. Food Temp therm...


    2. Internal Temp (inside the egg) temp therm...


    3. Pit viper (fan that attaches to the bottom egg vent)


    4. power cord
